Linda (Hilton Grand Vacations — Orlando)

 I attended a presentation expecting a short meeting and ended up staying almost five hours. I felt rushed signing paperwork at the end and later realized several terms were different from what I understood. When I contacted customer service about cancelling, I struggled to get clear answers.

 Maintenance fees have increased almost every year since I purchased. I don’t travel as much anymore and resale listings don’t seem to attract buyers. I wish I had better understood long-term costs before purchasing.

 We loved visiting Branson for years, but retirement changed our finances. Special assessments surprised us and made ownership harder to maintain. Communication about options has been confusing.
